Question for cbs games in the fall.

I'm currently looking to drop my satellite and get a streaming service like Sling that offers sports channels as well (don't think any other streaming service offers sports channels). The problem is that they don't offer local channels on any streaming service like that. I live in Northwest Tennessee and the CBS affiliate is out of Cape Girardeau which an antenna probably won't touch. Does anyone live around this area and know if there is a way to stream games through local website or you basically just have to have antenna or cable/satellite to pick it up? Definitely not a reason to keep my $100+ dollar bill just for that but just curious if there are any other options. Thanks.
