Question for Mortgage Guys

We’re looking at refinancing our mortgage and taking out money for a kitchen remodel.

We have a quote looking at a 3% rate on a 15 year fixed and no PMI. Loan total @ $240,000. No points.

Is approximately $5,500 in closing costs a normal
amount?
