Found this listed as a change in an article I just read:
"FBS programs are now limited to 25 first-time scholarships to eliminate oversigning"
What is different than what we've had before? Does this eliminate Butch's blueshirting?
Does this also mean if you only sign 22 one year because of your 85 scholarship cap, that the next year you can't carry over 3 initial counters and sign 28?
