I just want to say as more of my Vol Family see an uptick in this disease in your community, to please try and be responsible yet optimistic.

Please don't panic even if you are in a higher risk category and contract this virus. This is not necessarily a death sentence.

I have since getting past what was almost certainly this virus learned that I am in a high risk category.

I have the same profile as the 34 year old who died in Pasadena after visiting Disney. He had childhood asthma, chronic bronchitis that he grew out of. I also had childhood asthma, chronic bronchitis, pneumonia as a child that I grew and exercised my way out of.

I got medical care and advice but was never hospitalized. I felt well enough to post here on the board fairly often and even got on my spin bike here at home a couple of times over the weeks that I was self-quarantined and trying to get past this thing.

I'm completely healthy now and hopeful that many of you if you contract this virus will have the same stories in a few weeks/months. Be optimistic, listen to expert advice and again, please don't panic.

If you have questions just about how it felt for me, I'll be happy to share. As for the medical questions please seek out the medical experts.

Prayers for everyone and we will get through this.
