it appears The Titans are feeling the pressure from metro govt, who owns and leases that shithole of a stadium and share some of the concerns I stated in a previous thread while rustling the jimmies of the nashville vq. Basically, metro govt and myself believe the Titans are a clown show and Don't know what the hell they are doing and worried that the city is on the threshold of turning their backs against this amateur football team.
On David Climber and his Kevin Stallings article, while I agree with this article 100%, the Tennessean can kiss my ass for not ever taking that same Stance on a UT story and David Climber has constantly used big media and in particular ESPN as his source for public perception while attacking UT AD.
On the gentrification of downtown and in particular Germantown/Salemtown, I was intrigued by the study and glad I am not poor.
