The lease is an issue. Will probably need to buy out a few years. But it is worth it for increased attendance and fans frequenting other Boyd owned ventures in the Old City area.

Plus, even with the process now started. You are at least another 3-4 seasons, at minimum, before a move could occur. Lots of hurdles to get through before shovel meets dirt.
