I think a Hart replacement could be an upgrade in some areas, but my only concern would be making sure that Butch and to a slightly lesser extent Barnes are happy here. You know that Butch had gotten everything he needs from Hart - in order to make sure he doesn't leave when we start winning big we have to make sure that continues.
