Recruiting a QB for the 2019 class.

I know we need to sign a QB in every class. However there aren't many, if any, QBs in the 2019 class. Is it possible that CJP will not sign a QB in the 2019 class and redshirt JT Shrout as the QB of the future? Maybe they really like him. Then we could sign an elite QB in the 2020 class. @Brent_Hubbs @Austin_Price @Jesse_Simonton
