He's now the assistant DC for the Jacksonville Jaguars. I dont remember the reported controversy between him and Gruden before Monte took the Tennessee job. I remember all the speculation that Monte would be named Tennessee's DC but not the fallout in Tampa.
If Gruden wrote a book he'd have a nice market among Tennessee and Tampa Bay fans.
