The university gave his accuser the benefit of the doubt by suspending him, and he deserves the same justice since we now know the original charge was completely outrageous. This is a huge punch in the gut to that civil suit and that pinko rag in Nashville. If he is not reinstated it sends a message that the university actually believes this suit has credence.

Those lawyers will pose the question. If the University of Tennessee argues that the dismissal Alexis Johnson's charge is proof that 'rape culture' does not exist, then why was he not reinstated?

I think it would be best to let the ink dry. But, he needs to be reinstated without question.
