All the points he stressed during his introductory speech are the basis for this team we are now blessed with. From "being champions in everything we do, on and off the field" to "building a culture" he has lived by his words. One of the 1st things he references is the involvement of the former players. He's definitely done that. He talked about his success and body of work at other places and the expectation to do that at UT. So far, he's delivered on everything he said that day--except for the championships. I think he takes care of that this year.
