I gave myself a XL Big Green Egg last weekend as a birthday present. I did a reverse sear today for ribeyes I used Lawry’s Seasoning over night then set up my BGG for indirect cooking. Used a Meater Bluetooth thermometer to get the temp to a medium rare. Took them off to rest. Then a 1-2 sear on both sides. Topped off with Irish butter.
