Growing up in Memphis when Calipari was the coach made me despise the guy. I went to his camps as a kid, met him again when he was recruiting Elliot Williams out of St. George's. He had cheated and slimed his way to a blue blood program with a middle man known as Worldwide Wes. He did his dirty work in getting Derrick Rose to come to Memphis, and all of the other big recruits along the way.
The NCAA turns a blind eye as the most hypocritical organization in sports. I hope Rick Barnes, and his young team pull off the massive upset tonight. We saw how well they did going to North Carolina, and Carolina and Kentucky had a thriller in Las Vegas. I just enjoy seeing Calipari lose, especially to the Vols.
