Cincinnati four-star DT Jowon Briggs is not one to splatter offers all over social media, and he doesn't do much recruiting-centric in the off-season so he does not get a lot of pub considering he is a highly-rated prospect with national offers. I talked with him this week, though, and learned that Tennessee recently offered and he made a visit to Knoxville with his parents and grandparents two weekends ago.
