Granted he's not at a major school or a school that's likely even considered a "mid-major" as he is in the MEAC at UNC-Central. But the guy is a pure winner! He was a winner as a player on every level and has shown to be a winner as a coach on the HS AND college level.
Over the last 3 years his teams are 75-23 (46-2) with back to back regular season conference titles. He has completely turned around the UNC-Central program. He seems to preach defense and be young/energetic.
He may be the next "hot mid/major" name in a year or two. I feel like if Will Wades name can be mentioned why not Moton?
