Another fine piece on the Iowa game, thank you. I know that is a TOUGH place to play but Iowa isn't as good as usual this year and with 1 noticeable exception hasn't done well against the better teams it has played. If we play just reasonably well shouldn't we win this game?
Secondly, understandably perhaps your most consistant theme on this year's team is you never know who is going to show up. Is this because we truly are really inconsistant or is it because we have so many solid players that are fairly evenly matched talent wise and capable of playing well but not good enough to play well all the time? It seems to me that is a large part of the equation and Rick rides the hotter player. It's kind of a curse and a blessing at the same time.
