Obviously the team continues with some sort of lifting and strength routine; but do they continue with any kind of general speed and agility work?
Reason I ask is several players look like they've made big leaps with their quickness as the season's progressed, namely Schofield and Turner.
Or is it all just a product of playing a ton of hoops. Just curious.
