What do you think of Lanier and Des Oliver? Are either viewed as high powered recruiters? I would have assumed Lanier was, but after digging into the Texas background a bit, it appears Springman was the ace on that staff.
As for Oliver, he's always recruited at low mid majors or low-rent (Georgia) majors? Has he ever landed a 4 or 5 star kid anywhere?
