He was cheering on his son as he competed in the LA competition. I looked up and told my kids, "Hey, I know that guy!" His son, Grant, made it through the course and advanced to the next round. Obviously he inherited some of his dad's athletic skills although he is about 40-50 lbs lighter than Ron was in his prime.
