Runners- best speed shoe

Transitioning shoes for speed workouts and races. Focused mostly on 5k with an occasional focus on 10k.

Base shoe is a Brooks Ghost and love them.

Some of the flashy speed shoes like the latest Nike Vapor Flys have incredible reviews but also cost around $300 after shipping and tax.
