We do not use CCs that much. I have one that I pay off each month, but there are no real benefits of using it. We do not fly a lot. I would say about once every five years on average. We are planning on taking an extended trip across Europe when our little one graduates from HS in nine years. Seems like this is a no-brainer. Should I switch to a card with FF miles and earn as many points as I can over the next nine years to cut the travel cost when we take this trip. Do most CCs with FF points require that you use them periodically or do they expire, massive fees, etc?
