Live in Williamson County and since Mid-March you would see people out in the neighborhood but families only. It was rare to see kids by themselves or with someone other than their parents out walking or riding bikes. Today is a completely different story. Seen nothing but groups of kids walking and riding bikes together. Guess someone told them and their parents it's back to life as normal. Surprised but not really...
