Terms like "the fans are owed" or "we deserve" in regards to results on the field. Let me just say I am not trying to bash or flame any of you, but I don't understand this train of thought. As a "paying customer", I feel the only thing I am "owed" is an honest effort by the players, coaches and stadium staff. I recognize that coaches and players will make mistakes (nobody is perfect). I realize that trying to accommodate 102,455 people is a difficult task for the stadium staff, so if I have to stand in line to get a drink or use the restroom i am not upset. I guess I am asking, why do you feel you "deserve" or are "owed" results? Again, I am not casting aspersions on anyone.
