Or DID it change? The first year or two almost every story was about higher ranked recruits and we were going against Top 10 programs. Obviously we are in on some talent in state, but it seems there are way too many stories about 5.5 3 stars and guys with average offer lists.
Can we get back into the Top 5-10 recruiting going 8-4?
The new hires appear to be good ones. Hopefully they can get us back where we need to be. Finishing around 20th nationally and 6-8 in the SEC hardly ever leads to championships.
And yes, recruiting does matter now. "It's not February" was thrown around last year and we never improved.
