Officer Todd Royval. Lt. Royval was a legend at the Chatt. Police Dept and always seemed to have all the right answers and always appeared to have his head on his shoulders. I always said if my family were taken hostage I would want him to be the first guy through the door to save them. Unfortunately we lost Lt. Royval to some inner demons he has been battling for quite some time. He took his own life on Monday and I just wanted to share with the board the Chattanooga area lost a great man this week.
