The only homework I've done is I've seen him on utsports.com roster. He's a transfer JUCO DB from East Central Community College in Decatur, Mississippi. Williams is listed as a Jr, so I assume he'll have two years here unless he blows up and goes pro. But then again, if he's that good, that will be great for TENNESSEE!
