The allegations against Tennessee pale in comparison to Baylor. It will be interesting to see how this affects the perception of the Title IX case given the gravity of the allegations against Baylor and lack of any process whatsoever in that case. Could potentially help Tennessee by cutting into the gravity of the charges in the eyes of any jury in the Tennessee case.
