Tunsil doesn't have to speak about it. The NCAA has no authority over what he decides to do. Which the smartest thing for him is to stay silent and ignore all communication involving the money from coaches.
If Ole Miss cuts the two coaches loose and separates the university from the outed cheaters, I think they could work it out where the NCAA can't latch onto anything.
Tunsil being gone makes this much easier to handle as they can't force him to talk/rule him ineligible.
