For those that do get sick and experience critical care, talk about tough times. We indirectly know someone through our small group that is currently on a vent.
One of the hardest parts about this I did not realize is the isolation. His wife is having to make all of these decisions alone in her own quarantine. I just think of the many families who are losing loved ones and not having the chance to say their goodbyes in person.
