My son has a routine quarterly chemo treatment via lumbar puncture. Staff is huddled around a computer watching Governor Lee’s speech. I asked one of them was up. “We’re watching to see when we can start electives back up.”

They seemed optimistic they could start next week. This place is usually jam packed and there’s many 10 of us in here. Quiet as a mouse and smells like disinfectant.

Completely contrary to what seems to be a myth that all healthcare professionals are against gradual reopening.
