I am thinking of getting my son in law a smoker. I have a big green egg and a big chief electric which I don’t use anymore. He has a gas grill and a Weber charcoal. I don’t want to spend over about $400. I was thinking of an electric smoker with a pellet loader but I have never used one to know how good the are. Any suggestions?
