Now comes the case of David R. Flood v. Randy Boyd, President, University of Tennessee; John Compton, Chairman, University of Tennessee Board of Trustees; Ryan Stinnett, General Counsel, University of Tennessee, No. 3:20-cv-434-A (Oct. 9, 2020)
Mr. Flood has asserted a civil rights claims against the University and President Boyd et al. on the basis that "[he] was not able to attend football games because defendants limited seating at University of Tennessee football games in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Plaintiff seeks an injunction to lift the limited seating/attendance ban at the stadium."
Mr. Flood is proceeding pro se.
