It appears the great pandemics in the past ended when enough people had the illness and the population developed herd immunity(the same strategy used for everyone getting a flu shot).
If it is the first, how do we start to come out of the protections now being instated and restart the economy?
For instance, what group do we turn loose first to risk getting the illness and start the march towards herd immunity?
