I'm thinking staggering based on population? Keep gatherings over 10 prohibited but open stores back up emphasizing limiting capacity and distancing? Encouraging masks in public stil? If you can work,home continue to..... Go ahead and shut down schools for,summer if anywhere hasnt officially done that. No church, no concerts or sports spectators until fall.
