--Allowed players to transfer one-time without having sit a year but allowed intra-conference transfer restrictions (i.e., UT player can't go to a SEC team)
--Allowed players who are in their 5th or 6th year of eligibility to sign independent endorsement deals
How do you think CFB would be impacted? Would it be more negative or positive? Should any of these reforms be enacted?
Edit: I've edited this post to focus on the 6 year rule. I realized in the first few comments that y'all might get distracted with the education talk which wasn't my main focus.
