In honor of opening college football Saturday, I wanted to come up with a new recipe for lunch. I took some Johnsonville Bratts, simmered them in beer, onions and cloves. Drained them and took the cooked onions and stuffed them into a lengthwise split. Grilled them over charcoal till golden. I took homemade chili and shredded cheese and covered them. I call it "opening day". I think the name might be more than a name. Unfortunately!!
