I am actually in Pittsburgh today and just finished a meeting with a customer who is a big pitt fan and Pittsburgh professional sports fan as well as Pirates season ticket holder. He knows I'm coming up to see Vols vs. pitt, and I mentioned that my plan is to be in town Friday to see the baseball game.
He said if you can, buy your tickets down the 3rd base line. He said unlike most MLB teams and parks, The Pirates dugout is on the 3rd base side of home and apparently, the view of the city from the 3rd base side is really great as compared to the 1st base side.
Never been to PNC and just repeating what I was told by a Pirates season ticket holder. Enjoy, and look forward to seeing some GQ folk at PNC and the next day at Heinz Field.
