Missouri's offense was nearly a night and day difference after Heupel took over year 1 for them. He had to turn around Drew Lock from a poor first season. He also had to make the offense click using mostly 3 stars that were surrounding the 4 star rated Lock.
Imagine what he'll do here once he gets his ideal QB that will run his offense the way he wants it ran. Remember, Heupel will be able to scout high school quarterbacks and find the ones with the right tools. Imagine how much damage he'll do once he surrounds that QB with 4 star linemen, RB's, TE's, and WR's that he didn't have at Missouri where he still averaged well over 500 yards of total offense a game.
We might just have the best 3 coaches we've ever had at the same time in Heupel, Barnes, and Vitello. Good times are ahead after our walk through the desert, boys.
