HELP! In my main house I have two 3 ton units that suddenly have gone down at the same time. They are Carrier and have served me well since 1997.
One gave me an error code of 24 and the other one has a steady light, but the sucker won't kick on.
Fortunately I have heat in the addition, so not in dire straights, but I do need to do something.
