For starters, I have a story coming out in a minute about Passmore. Waiting for it to be edited.
For now, you will have to live with this little teaser I got from his Head Coach, AJ Jones.
-------
On Rakease as a person: Rakease is an extremely humble kid. A little quiet and shy at first but he has a big, fun personality and is a great young man to be around. A hard worker who wants to get better constantly. He just enjoys life and is grateful for all of the things that are coming his way.
On Rakease as a player: Rakease the player is easily one of the most explosive and electrifying players in the country. He has NBA-level athleticism and is proving to be an elite shot maker. Plays with a chip on shoulder and is a dog on both ends of the court. Makes game winning plays with & without the ball.
On how he will translate to the next level: I think he’ll make a quick transition at the next level due to his hungry to learn and improve. His skill set is easily able to translate at any level. The biggest challenge at the next level will be adjusting to the strength of the older plays.
On programs involved with Rakease: As of right now, I’d say some of the programs that I see making an impact with him are Oregon, LSU, Tennessee, Wake Forest, & G League Ignite. I’m sure there are a few more that could be added to that list but just thinking off the top of my head. Duke & Carolina have also seen him recently.
