  • Arizona State University is in advanced talks with the Arizona Coyotes to allow the NHL team to use the school's new multipurpose arena as its temporary home while it awaits the approval and construction of a proposed arena in Tempe, ASU's Chief Financial Officer Morgan Olsen confirmed. The school's new arena will only seat 5,000 spectators, making it significantly smaller than other NHL facilities, and Olsen said the Coyotes would be required to pay for "the addition of NHL-level enhancements."
