The exit for Kelly, who started with TSE in February 2021 as Charlotte FC president, follows multiple executive departures, including former TSE President Tom Glick and ex-Charlotte FC Director of Marketing and Communications Jessica O'Neill, who left in March to join the NWSL's Houston Dash as president.   • Pac-12 commissioner George Kliavkoff and SEC commissioner Greg Sankey will reportedly meet with senators on Capitol Hill on Thursday to lobby for the creation of federal legislation to regulate name, image and likeness. The two Power 5 commissioners are set to encourage lawmakers to pass an NIL statute, with both also expected to seek congressional help around navigating college athletes' employment status.   • American Athletic Conference schools Cincinnati, Houston and UCF are negotiating a settlement in the $17 million to $20 million range to leave early and join the Big 12 on July 1, 2023, according to sources. The pending schools' departures, which normally would require a 27-month notice and $10 million exit fee, would allow for six Conference USA schools to join the AAC next year on July 1.
