Stoops was outraged and demanded retribution when some jackasses made racially charged comments that while deplorable and low class didn't hurt anyone. Meanwhile he throws his arm around a kid that KOs a woman in public - an incident in which someone was physically damaged perhaps for ever. What a hypocrite!
