Storage Unit fire... Insurance Question.

The storage unit I have renting burned down. Have $50,000 coverage and lost almost $40,000 in contents (the majority were the BB-8 investment toys that I had planned to sell this Christmas).

I've never been through a fire claim. Any pointers?
