I'm sure a lot of you have taken in the Battleship North Carolina berthed in Wilmington. For those who haven't it is a great family experience. Teaches the kids a little about the Greatest Generation who are disappearing all too fast. I had a little time on my hands yesterday and my next door neighbor, who is a retired Brigadier, went over and wandered around. I had forgotten how interesting it is, not having been there in years. Well worth a few hours if you are traveling down this way for summer vacation.
