48 years old. No health issues. I'm 5'10" 180. I've lost 25 lbs since 12/2014 by working out and cardio, along with eating better. Lost more fat than 25 lbs but gained muscle to offset it.
I'm looking for some experiential advice. I work out hard with weights 2-3 times a week, full body. Squats, leg curls, hips, adductors, abductors, plus all upper body stuff. Additionally russian twists for core and cardio. I've come a long way but starting to see additional limited results.
I want to learn about using supplements/protein, etc, in order to gain some additional muscle and tone. I do have about 5lbs of additional belly fat that I want to lose, as well, but it is proving to be stubborn. Frankly, I don't care about losing more weight -- just getting rid of that last bit of belly fat.
I don't want to waste money or go on any sort of a wild goose chase.
