Just seems to me- IDK call me crazy- that Rivals is all about the click baits and shock and ah factor when giving kids their stars.. While Scout comes out and gives a rating based on what they see now..
For example- The recent big 6.0 recruit Tn landed- there is already a talking build-up to make him a 5 star on rivals.. My question is does Rivals see the kid growing a 3rd pair of lungs and heart because seriously if he is not a 5 star now them wth is all this ranking for if not for Click Bait..
