Making a move to the area. Our agent says homes don't last on the market more than 24-36 hrs in our price range ($380-415k). We were down there this past weekend and there wasn't a ton of inventory.
Obviously our preference is to live in Franklin or Brentwood, as long as it's Williamson Co. schools. Anyone have experience in Thompsons Station, if Franklin doesn't work out? Is it very rural there?
