Im not sure I have heard of a "club level" atmosphere just for recruits and their families at field level - adjacent to the Vol Walk and direct path to recruit seating. At the end of the day, the product on the field has a direct correlation to the quality of recruits the Vols can get. IMHO, this phase 2 addition would be very beneficial in recruiting.
