Yesterday Tennessee co-head coach Karen Weekly earned her 1,000th career victory as the 19th ranked Volunteers cruised to a 9-2 win over No. 25 North Carolina on Wednesday night at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium. With the win, Weekly became the 33rd head coach in Division I history to reach the 1,000 win mark and joins her husband Ralph Weekly as the first husband and wife duo to accomplish the feat.
